Founded in 1890 by Italian immigrant Pascual Toso, the vineyards are at 700m above sea level in Maipú, Mendoza. Made from 40 year old vines with only natural yeasts and aged in American and French oak. Ripe forest fruits, black pepper and violets with hints of vanilla, chocolate and spice on the finish.
