When will my wine arrive?
We will despatch the wine as soon as possible. It should be with you within 7 working days and usually much sooner.

Who will deliver the wine?
Deliveries to the local area will be made by our own vehicles. In other areas we use an independent carrier such as Parcelforce.

What if I am not in when it is delivered?
If you are not in when the wine is delivered you will be left a card asking you to contact the local depot to arrange for delivery or collection.

If I order a mixed case and find a particular favourite can I order more of this wine?
Almost all of the mixed case wines are available individually. Follow the search criteria and you will be able to find your favourite wines.

What if the wine is faulty?
If the wine is damaged or faulty please contact us via the Contact Us screen or call us on 01285 650250 within 5 days and we will arrange for the faulty wine to be replaced.

What if the wine I ordered is not available?
In the unlikely event of the wine you ordered not being available, we will contact you to let you know when the wine will be available or recommend an alternative. We will supply a later vintage to the one shown on occasions as stock of older vintages sells out.
